Delivery & Shipping Information
You can choose to have your gifts sent directly to the recipient anywhere in New Zealand or anywhere in the world! Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekend), if for some reason there is a delay on your order our friendly team will contact you to discuss and assure a satisfactory outcome.
Delivery Charges - NEW ZEALAND
- FREE Shipping on ORDERS over $100 anywhere in New Zealand. (Some charges may apply to large items - as shown on product page)
- We have a STANDARD Shipping Fee of $6.99 to all standard New Zealand addresses with the exception of Waikeke & Chatham Islands.
- Waiheke Island $12.99 (up to 3KGS) - Chatham Islands $9.99 (up to 3KGS).
- Some LARGER items will have additional delivery costs shown on the product page.
- We deliver to RURAL addresses for an additional $3. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 3 days longer to arrive.

- GIFT VOUCHERS are free and can be dispatched electronically.
Our orders are sent via PBT Couriers for speedy and efficient delivery 1 - 3 working days to most NZ addresses. All parcels are tracked and signature required. If no one is at the delivery address during delivery, the Courier will leave a card with details for arranging a suitable delivery time. Please note that our Courier does do not deliver to Private Bag or PO Boxes addresses, however we can do this by arrangement if required. Urgent Orders & Saturday Delivery

CHRISTMAS 2016 DELIVERY INFORMATION
We have a good reputation for our speedy service and excellent customer service and our team works extra hard to get all our orders on the courier within 24 hours even in the busiest of seasons, we will continue to send your Christmas orders right up until the 24th December, and courier delivery shall remain 1 -3 working days with the exception of rural deliveries, but to ensure delivery prior to Christmas and to ensure you don't miss out on some of our greatest christmas gifts for 2016 we suggest you order as early as possible and no later than;
- AUCKLAND & HAMILTON - 10am Thursday 22nd December
- NORTH ISLAND - 1pm Wednesday 21st December
- SOUTH ISLAND - 1pm Tuesday 20th December 2015

International Orders - UK, USA, CANADA, EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD
International orders are shipped by New Zealand Post’s International Air Mail 3-10 days or International Courier 1- 6 days. Shipping is based on weight vs destination so please contact us for a quote. Please note we can not send any items which have magnets or batteries overseas as these are prohibited for export from NZ. Additional Charges on Overseas Orders - We can not be responsible for import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. You can also place your order and click on the "International Shipping - Please Quote Shipping On this order" and we will be in touch with shipping options as soon as order is recieved.
All orders are insured until delivered. Once an order has been delivered to the client specified address it is considered completed and Funky Gifts will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please inspect before signing for the courier and contact us immediately.
It is imperative that during the order process you enter the correct delivery address. If there is any client error in the address specified, re-delivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge. It is your responsibility to promptly advise Funky Gifts if an order is not delivered when expected. We will then contact the Courier Company for clarification and arrange for prompt delivery. Funky Gifts will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
