Hello there, Just thought I would drop you a wee line to say what excellent customer service I received yesterday at the Casabella Lane, Hamilton store. With the time being 4.45pm and Chi Chi closing at 5pm, I called your store to say I would be there in 7 minutes as I was only down the road at Hamilton City Council and very much wanted to choose a gift and card for my 18 year old nephew whose birthday I was attending yesterday evening.
